Our standard turnaround time is typically 7–10 business days once the design is approved. If you’re in a "thread-mergency," rush options may be available!

We stitch on hats, hoodies, polos, tote bags, baby blankets, and towels. If a needle can get through it, we can likely stitch it!

Yes! We are happy to embroider items you’ve already purchased. Note: We are not responsible for replacement of customer-provided items in the rare event of a machine error.

There is a one-time Digitizing Fee for new logos to convert your art into stitches. Once we have your logo on file, you won’t pay this fee again for that design!
